Website information
Privacy Notice
A plain-language summary of how information submitted through this website is used.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Information connected to a service request.
American Drive Tech may collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, module or service needed, symptoms, fault codes, and part numbers.
How the information is used.
The information is used to review compatibility, respond to your request, discuss service options, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and maintain reasonable business records. American Drive Tech does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Website providers and external services.
The website hosting provider processes technical website requests, may retain limited security or access logs, and stores contact-form submissions in a protected website database. Stored requests are available only through restricted administration tools used by Krotov Studio, American Drive Tech's website support provider. FormSubmit may also process a copy to notify American Drive Tech and its website support team by email. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to evaluate the vehicle or module.
Website analytics.
This website uses first-party, privacy-conscious traffic measurement to count page views, visits, anonymous visitors, referring website domains, and broad device categories. It uses anonymous visitor and 30-minute session cookies, does not store IP addresses in the website analytics database, and does not connect form contents to an analytics identity. The website also uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page interactions, and completed compatibility requests. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location, and interaction information according to the Google Privacy Policy. Analytics is used to improve website usefulness and marketing performance; form-field contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you do not want Analytics measurement in supported browsers.
Retention and security.
Request information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide service, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices.
You may call to ask about information connected to your request, request a correction, or ask that information be deleted when it is no longer required for service, records, or legal obligations.
