Service requests, estimates, and authorization.

Submitting a form, calling, or sending vehicle information requests an evaluation only. Work begins after service scope, compatibility, pricing, delivery method, and authorization are confirmed. A written estimate, work order, invoice, or other service-specific agreement controls if it differs from these website terms.

Accurate information and lawful ownership.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, VIN, mileage, module, part-number, modification, fault, and repair-history information. Proof of ownership or authorization may be required for immobilizer, security, mileage, SRS, and other sensitive controller work. American Drive Tech may decline requests that cannot be verified or supported lawfully.

Diagnosis, compatibility, and customer-supplied parts.

Automotive electronics results depend on the vehicle, wiring, power and grounds, controller condition, software, donor compatibility, previous repairs, and available data. A replacement module or customer-supplied part is not assumed compatible merely because it appears similar. Additional diagnosis, repair, coding, programming, or replacement may be required.

Performance and special-use services.

Customers are responsible for using vehicles and services in compliance with applicable laws, emissions requirements, safety rules, warranties, insurance terms, and road or closed-course restrictions. American Drive Tech may limit or refuse work when the intended use is unsafe, unlawful, unsupported, or not adequately documented.

Pricing, scheduling, and completed work.

Pricing and turnaround estimates depend on the information and condition presented at the time of evaluation. Additional faults or unexpected controller conditions may change the recommended scope. Payment, cancellation, shipping, storage, return, and any written warranty terms stated in the applicable estimate, work order, or invoice govern that service.

Website availability and external links.

The website may be changed, interrupted, or updated without notice. Links to Google, Instagram, and other third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property.

The American Drive Tech name, website copy, visual design, photographs, graphics, and other original site materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
